Marketplace - items and accounts on the website

On the game's website, riseofempire2.online, players buy and sell items and accounts for real money. You log in with the same account as in the game.

Where to find it

On the website, in the top menu: Marketplace. On the left you have Browse items, My items, Browse accounts, Sell my account and My wallet.
Anyone can look at the items for sale. Buying, selling and the wallet need you to be logged in.

It has three balances: Available = money you can spend or withdraw; Pending = money from your sales, still waiting; Reserved = money held for a withdrawal in progress.
Topping up (Add funds): you pay as the page explains, then fill in the amount, how you paid and the payment reference. The team checks and approves it by hand, and the money lands in Available. You can have one top-up waiting at a time.
Withdrawing (Withdraw): choose an amount from Available and how we contact you (the account e-mail or Discord). The amount moves to Reserved until the team pays you by hand; if the request is rejected, the money goes back to Available with the reason. One request at a time.

Pending money cannot be withdrawn until it moves to Available. The limits are shown on the wallet page.

In Browse items you search by name or vnum and sort by newest or by price. Prices are in USD.
Open the item, press Buy now and confirm. The price is paid from Available. You cannot buy your own listing.
The item arrives in your account's item-shop warehouse exactly as it was: bonuses, stones and look.
Collect it in the game: the Warehouse button next to the minimap or the Storekeeper, then Item Shop Warehouse, with your warehouse password. The item goes in by itself when the warehouse opens.

When you enter the game the chat tells you how many items are waiting. If the warehouse is full, make room and open it again: nothing is lost.

For now, selling from the game is open only to the team. On the website you can buy at any time.

In the game, F12 opens the Sell on the website window: drag the item from your inventory, type the price (0.50 - 9999.99 USD) and press List item on the marketplace. The item leaves your inventory and shows up on the website.
These cannot be sold: equipped items, items that cannot be given to others and items with a time limit. A stack is sold whole.
You can have at most 10 items listed per account. A sold item still counts until the buyer collects it.
When it sells, you get the price minus a 5% commission in Pending; after the waiting period the money moves to Available.
Changed your mind? On the website, in My items, press Withdraw this listing while the item is still for sale. The item comes back to your item-shop warehouse.

Close the game, then on the website go to Sell my account: accept the terms, set a price in EUR (at most 100,000), a title and a description, then confirm.
Buyers see a snapshot of the account: characters, equipment, inventory, skills, warehouse, offline shop and guild. The item-shop warehouse is not shown.
From the moment you list it, the account password changes to one you do not know: you can no longer log in. Spend or withdraw your wallet balance first, it stays with the account.
You cannot change or withdraw the listing yourself: write to the team with a ticket.

Browse accounts shows the accounts for sale with their price and snapshot. You accept the terms once.
There is no buy button: open a ticket from the account's page and agree the payment with the team. After the sale, the team gives you the account's new password.
